On June 16, 2025, Renegade Chronicles™ became more than a story. It became a company, formally filed in San Mateo County, California, and now legally recognized as a business under that name.

This marks a defining milestone in a journey that has grown into a living, breathing creative ecosystem. What started as a podcast has evolved into a multi-format storytelling engine, and as of today, it has a legal home, a visible signal, and a working vessel.

Milestones Reached

Trademark filed — for both the name Renegade Chronicles and the skull-and-cross-mics design
Business license secured — under the laws of California
Website launched — www.renegadechronicles.com is now live
Voice services and production work — through Voice Over Noise™
Ongoing content production — podcasts, video, radio, and original writing projects

What It Means

Filing a business wasn’t just a legal step, it was a philosophical one. To walk into the courthouse with a name I believed in and walk out with a stamped charter was a declaration:This story matters. This work matters. And it deserves to live on its own terms.

I’m not interested in waiting for permission. Renegade Chronicles is built on the belief that some voices can’t wait — and some stories need a little rebellion to get told right.
