At Renegade Chronicles, we strive to ensure every digital product and service you receive meets or exceeds expectations. The following policy outlines our approach to refunds for both digital services and (coming soon) physical merchandise.
1. Refunds for Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital content and creative services, all sales are considered final. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
We may offer refunds in the following limited circumstances:

If a digital file is corrupted and cannot be replaced

If a service was paid for but not delivered

If a duplicate charge was made in error
To request a refund, please contact info@renegadechronicles.com within 7 days of purchase.
Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service stage and deliverables already provided.
2. Refunds for Physical Merchandise (Coming Soon)
If and when we offer merchandise, the following will apply:

Refunds will be issued for defective or damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery.

Customers may need to return the item in its original condition (return shipping instructions will be provided).

Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected.
We do not currently accept refunds for:

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards or download codes

Any relevant screenshots or files (for digital purchases)
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the revised effective date.
